170th Anniversary of St James' Church

You are warmly invited to join us as we celebrate 170 years of worship, service, and faithful witness at St James’ Church this month.
On Sunday 5th July, pack a picnic and come along with family and friends as we begin our celebrations at our All-Age Family Service at the usual time of 11.00am, followed by a picnic in the grounds (or indoors if the weather is wet). New Brighton Primary School Glee Club will be singing for us and we know they are in full rehearsal!
Later that same day, you are very welcome to join us for Choral Evensong at 6.30pm, a beautiful and uplifting way to bring the day to a close.
Then on Sunday 12th July, we will gather for a special commemorative service of Holy Communion at 11.00am as we continue our anniversary celebrations together.
Please do come and celebrate all that has gone before us, and all that God is still doing—and will continue to do—in our lives and in the life of our church community.
