Welcome in the name of Christ.
God's grace, mercy and peace be with you
and also with you.

Christ is risen.
He is risen indeed. Alleluia.
Christ has ascended on high.
He reigns for ever. Alleluia.

Lift up your hearts.
We lift them to the Lord. Alleluia.

Almighty God,
your Son has opened for us
a new and living way into your presence.

Give us new hearts and constant wills
to worship you in spirit and in truth;
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.

Jesus is our high priest, tempted like us, yet without sin.
He lives for ever in heaven to intercede for us.
Through him we approach the throne of grace with confidence,
and confess our sins.

May almighty God,
who sent his Son into the world to save sinners,
bring you his pardon and peace, now and for ever. Amen.

Joy and peace on earth, in highest heaven praise!
Songs of adoration, Lord, to you we bring,
Praising your great goodness, Father, heav’nly King.

hear our prayer.

Merciful Father,
accept these prayers
for the sake of your Son,

Jesus says: 'Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you.
If you love me, rejoice because I am going to the Father.' Alleluia.

The peace of the Lord be always with you
and also with you.
Let us offer one another a sign of peace.

The Lord is here.
His Spirit is with us.
Lift up your hearts.
We lift them to the Lord.
Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
It is right to give thanks and praise.

And now we give you thanks
that, after he had ascended far above all heavens,
and was seated at the right hand of your majesty,
he sent forth upon the universal Church your holy and life-giving Spirit;

that through his glorious power the joy of the everlasting gospel
might go forth into all the world.

Therefore with angels and archangels,
and with all the company of heaven,
we proclaim your great and glorious name,

for ever praising you and saying:
Holy, holy, holy Lord,
God of power and might,
heaven and earth are full of your glory.
Hosanna in the highest.

We praise and bless you, loving Father,
through Jesus Christ, our Lord;
and as we obey his command,

send your Holy Spirit,
that broken bread and wine outpoured
may be for us the body and blood of your dear Son.

On the night before he died he had supper with his friends
and, taking bread, he praised you.
He broke the bread, gave it to them and said:

Take, eat; this is my body which is given for you;
do this in remembrance of me.

When supper was ended he took the cup of wine.
Again he praised you, gave it to them and said:

Drink this, all of you;
this is my blood of the new covenant,
which is shed for you and for many for the forgiveness of sins.
Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.

So, Father, we remember all that Jesus did,
in him we plead with confidence his sacrifice
made once for all upon the cross.

Bringing before you the bread of life and cup of salvation,
we proclaim his death and resurrection
until he comes in glory.

Praise to you, Lord Jesus:
Dying you destroyed our death,
rising you restored our life:
Lord Jesus, come in glory.

Lord of all life,
help us to work together for that day
when your kingdom comes
and justice and mercy will be seen in all the earth.

Look with favour on your people,
gather us in your loving arms
and bring us with [N and] all the saints
to feast at your table in heaven.

Through Christ, and with Christ, and in Christ,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
all honour and glory are yours, O loving Father,
for ever and ever.
Amen.

Let us pray with confidence as our Saviour has taught us
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;

We break this bread to share in the body of Christ.
Though we are many, we are one body, because we all share in one bread.

Draw near with faith.
Receive the body of our Lord Jesus Christ
which he gave for you,
and his blood which he shed for you.

Eat and drink
in remembrance that he died for you,
and feed on him in your hearts
by faith with thanksgiving.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing,
through the power of the Holy Spirit;
and the blessing of God almighty,
the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit,
be among you and remain with you always.
Amen.

Go in peace to love and serve the Lord.
